Days 2-3  (Feb. 5-6, 2011) ~ Mike christens her "Taylor" during his early a.m. shift
To the right, Dinah insisting that Taylor return to her side!
We keep telling Dinah that Taylor can't hear her.....
To the far right, Dinah's preferred spot for her.
Below, psuedo-puppy pile!
Days 4-5  (Feb. 7-8, 2011) ~ We suspect that our "liver" girl is actually a black nose!  It's a little disappointing, since we've been wanting a liver nose.
However, nose color is not really important to us, despite the bias that some have.  Either way, Taylor is a cutie and her value, at least to us, is
independent of nose color.  Instead, value is determined -- not only by excellent championed bloodlines -- but by what we hope will be exemplary
temperament, the best of companions, health and conformation.  After all, it is these final four that, at the end of the day, is all that is important.
Daddy's new girl.  And, Dinah making sure her baby stays nearby.  She gets very agitated when
we take Taylor out of the box to change bedding and to weigh her.  On Feb. 8th (Tuesday), Taylor
weighed 1.74 lbs!!  She certainly is a hearty eater and her waistline is attesting to the fact!
Nose shots above and to the left.  It slowly is
getting darker and darker.  Although, as you
can see, it is still pretty pink!
Days 6-7  (Feb. 9-10, 2011) ~ She is growing like a week!
