About Tyson:
Tyson (aka "Moses") -- a true performer no matter what is asked of him -- lives
with Stacey and Andrew Ford in Illinois. Tyson is truly a versatile ridgeback,
competitively performing in the Obedience or Rally ring and trotting directly into
the Breed ring. A dog of outstanding temperament, he easily achieved his
Therapy dog title at 19 mos. and volunteers at the local hospital when he has
the time. At 14 mos., Tyson was the high scoring dog in Rally (95 pts) -- his
first time entered, without any formal training and with a novice owner/handler!
Tyson picked up his Rally Novice title at 15 mos, winning it undefeated -- again
another "High Scoring in Trial! Tyson also attained his CD Obedience title at
18.5 mos, winning High in Trial on his first leg! At only five months, Tyson
attained his Canine Good Citizen title.
At under 10 mos.,Tyson was the first pup from our 2005 litter to finish his AKC
conformation championship, finishing with three 4 pt majors! With very limited
specialing, Tyson was a multiple Best of Breed winner at 14 mos. He is a All
Breed Best in Show Winner, the 2010 Best in Specialty Show Winner of
RRRRCOM, a multiple group winner and placer, multiple RRCUS medallion
Best of Breed Winner, Top 4 in Conformation and Top 10 in obedience for
2007 and 2008, and a '08 Nat'l Specialty Award of Merit Winner and 2nd place
winner in obedience. Tyson is also the first Ridgeback in the USA to obtain his
Grand Champion! He is specialed by Diane Engelking. .
Pedigree:
Tyson is out of our 2005 Litter, a son of "Ella" and "Mojave" Multi-BIS, BISS
Am./Au. Ch. Camelot's Code Red ROM, and is also the grandson of "Roxie."
