ZEUS

Zeus is a Roxie and Bidoux son from our 2001
Litter. He inherited a lot of Roxie's zeal for life.
Zeus is extremely versatile, demonstrating
ability not only in the conformation ring, but on
the lure-coursing field where his strong drive to
win is exemplified. He is amusing himself now
with obedience and agility classes.

Zeus lives in Massachusetts with Bob and Celia
O'Brien and his daughter, Athena.

Brags: Zeus attained his AKC
conformation championship under the age
of two, winning two supported Best in
Opposite Sweepstakes awards. Zeus
received a 4 pt major at the prestigous
Bucks Co. Show in 2002 and then returned
as an adult to take Best of Opposite Sex in
2004. Zeus is only shown occasionally and
is a multiple Best of Breed winner, most
recently 01/14/06, winning a Group 3.

On the lure-coursing field, Zeus attained
his AKC field championship (FC), with three
5 point majors, starting off his field career
by taking a 5 point major and was a finalist
in the Best of Breed run-off (out of over 95
hounds) at the 2003 RRCUS National
Specialty. Zeus is ranked as the 2003 #6
AKC Ridgeback and ranked #16 in
combined AKC and ASFA points in
lure-coursing, accomplishing this feat in his
first year of lure-coursing with a limited
number of entries.

Zeus attained his ASFA field championship,
taking 4 Best of Breeds over top ranked
lure-coursing Ridgebacks, with limited
showing! To the left, Zeus is pictured
